Janashakthi Insurance PLC has announced that 50 members of their sales team have been qualified for the MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) as per the US membership criteria which is the premier form of international recognition bestowed upon insurance advisors in the world.
This significant milestone was achieved within the first eight months of the financial year and it demonstrates the sales teams’ strong professional reputation and the high level of work ethic and commitment to excellence, the company said in a media release.
“This is also a testimony to showcase the company’s global standards in its products and service approach. Furthermore, some qualifiers are veterans who have qualified for MDRT multiple times. The qualified members include two advisors awarded with the highest MDRT honour of being a Top of Table member which is six times the qualifier criteria and four advisors received the prestigious Court of Table membership which is three times the qualifier criteria. Furthermore, this achievement sets a new record for the sales team as this is the highest number of MDRT qualifiers produced by Janashakthi Life. The leading insurer hopes to continue this momentum in the quest to reach the ultimate goal of producing over 100 MDRT qualifiers by December this year,” it said.
“This indeed is a prestigious recognition and is a reflection of the commitment and relentless efforts of our dedicated team of sales professionals. We strongly believe that empowering our dynamic sales force with the best training and development programmes for continued professional development is key. In line with this we invest heavily in giving our team world class trainings and motivate them to become highfliers in the industry while creating winning attitudes and lifelong memories. We are so proud that they rewrite the history of ‘GLOBAL STANDARDS’ even amidst the challenging economic backdrop in the country. They take our innovative solutions to every home across the island truly living our purpose of empowering dreams and uplifting lives,” said Ravi Liyanage - Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Janashkthi Life.
