Pre-schools coming under Hatton-Dickoya Urban Council commenced studies today (13) after a five-month closure.
A Principal of a pre-school in Hatton said only a limited number of students are called to attend on a daily basis and health precautions are taken to prevent spreading of the virus.
“Education is the only hope for parents coming from poverty stricken backgrounds. They are happily welcoming the decision to re-open pre-schools,” she said.
