Online appointment encouraged prior to visiting Consular Affairs Division

Public seeking consular services are requested to obtain an online appointment before arriving at the Consular Affairs Division, the Foreign Ministry said.

“While adhering to the prevailing Health Guidelines, the Consular Affairs Division (2nd Floor, Ceylinco Building) of the Foreign Ministry has started providing consular services to walk-in customers from 7.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days,” the Ministry said.

However, the Ministry encourages those to get an appointment via http://consular.mfa.gov.lk/ONLINEBOOKING before arriving at the premises to avoid unnecessary congestion.

In addition, the regional consular offices are also open to serve the public during the office hours on working days.

Those who are residing in the respective provinces and neighboring areas are encouraged to visit the following Regional Consular Offices to obtain their services.
