Sri Lanka players have agreed to sign the tour declaration after board threatened to suspend them for three years if they fails to do so.
The players were refusing to sign any form of contract—central or tour demanding clarity on the point system used to grade players.
They remain firm in their decision to reject central contracts until their demands are met.
The board said ongoing contract dispute could be resolved after the England tour.
Twenty four member Sri Lanka team led by Kusal Perera to leave for England tomorrow (8) to play three ODIs and as many T20 internationals starting June 23.
